A pass buys one thing: the text, so you don't have to remember to check. It goes out each morning as soon as the gift shop posts its list — typically between 7 and 9 AM EST Monday through Saturday, and as late as 11 on Sundays, when the shop opens.
Joining the waitlist costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and you will be told the final price before anything is ever charged.

Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
When you subscribe to Buffalo Trace Bottle Drop SMS Alerts, we collect your mobile phone number, your date of birth, and, optionally, your name. We use this information solely to deliver bottle availability alerts and to demonstrate that you opted in.
- Date of birth is collected only to verify that you are 21 years of age or older, as required for alcohol-related text message programs. It is retained as the record of that verification and is never used for marketing or shared with anyone.
- We also record the date and time of your sign-up, your IP address, and the exact consent wording shown to you at that moment, as proof that you gave consent.
- Your phone number is used only to send the alerts you consented to receive.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not use your number for any purpose other than this SMS alert program.
- Message delivery is handled by a third-party SMS provider, which processes your number in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain your phone number while you are an active subscriber. Upon receipt of a STOP command or an unsubscribe request by other means, your number is removed from the active send list. We may retain a suppression record of your number to ensure we do not re-add it without your explicit re-consent.
